How did we get here?
TerraCare Financial Founder, Kelly Marshall spent over 20 years in the corporate accounting world; everything from regular accounting to internal auditing to banking to working with an investment management company. She started her own bookkeeping business in 2004 and, while she really enjoyed those corporate experiences, she discovered that her joy lies in helping small business owners and purpose-driven individuals who are bringing their own dream and visions to life. In the years since, Kelly has found others in this industry who share in this passion TerraCare Financial has grown to include multiple financial professionals to support each other and our clients.
We are obsessed with numbers and, while we have the experience to work any accounting job, we chose to focus on working with conscious entrepreneurs because we deeply believe in the need for their work to heal and bring joy to the world; their success is directly connected to the well-being of our communities.
We have since met so many incredible people out there who are gifted at helping their clients and changing their lives for the better, and who truly love what they do. Yet, they completely struggle with the financial side of operating their business and live in a consistent state of overwhelm.
They typically feel like no one gets them and their unique needs, and they feel alone, struggling to stay afloat.
These entrepreneurs are so committed to serving others that they often lose balance in their own lives, and all of this snowballs to make them not only less effective at their work, but they lose their energy, joy and can even give up on their business and dreams. We feel called to help these underserved individuals who are SO needed in this world!
